2. How It Works
When you submit a request, our team searches for available tickets through our network of verified partners. We present you with options and pricing. A purchase is only confirmed once you have approved the offer and payment has been processed.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted include our service fee. The final price is communicated to you before any commitment. Prices may vary based on event demand, availability, and seating location. Payment is due upon confirmation of your order.
4. Ticket Authenticity
We guarantee the authenticity of every ticket we provide. All tickets are sourced from verified and trusted partners. In the unlikely event that a ticket is found to be invalid, you will receive a full refund.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, cancellations are generally not possible as tickets are sourced specifically for your request. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund. If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
6. Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically (e-ticket) or by hand, depending on the event and ticket type. Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ikaritix acts as an intermediary and is not liable for event cancellations, venue changes, artist no-shows, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
